John Reardon is guest speaker tonight - Nov 18

Tonight we have the distinct pleasure of a visit from John Reardon, of Facchina Development, who will discuss Public/Private Partnerships (P3) from the developers point of view (and probably Econ Dev since he was formerly the Econ Dev Dir for Charles County). See you at 7pm at the Pavilion.
